Shoes arrived well packaged, in original box, new unworn condition and on time. Upon examination, I concluded that not only are these sneakers very attractive but are also well made. They have the appearance of being a higher end product. I had to adjust and readjust the laces before I was satisfied with the fit. I will say that this process really tested my patience because it required more time than anticipated. However, once completed, I was very satisfied with the results. All of my requirements have been met as far as fit, comfort, style, quality, and appearance. However, I would be remiss if I neglected to mention the following: while there is some arch support, it is not enough to address the issue of high insteps which I have. Since I won't be wearing these sneakers every day or even occasionally all day, this isn't a game changer for me because they are comfortably padded. Also, If you require a wide toe box, be advised that you may be in for a VERY snug, if not tight fit in that space.
